Spinach soup with croutons

Ingredients
1 kg of fresh spinach or 700 g frozen
2 cloves garlic, crushed
500 ml vegetable broth
100 g feta cheese Gorgonzola or Roquefort
100 ml cream
salt, pepper
Indian nutmeg (optional)
# For the croutons:
3 slices wholemeal toast hryab
salt
thyme
# For beet chips:
1 beetroot, very thin washers
2 tbsp flour

Method
Olive oil croutons : Slices are cut into cubes, fry in 1 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle with thyme and salt. Chips: Pulleys beet rolled in flour and fried to crispness. Soup: Spinach is cleaned and cut in large pieces garlic cut into small pieces. Fry in olive oil 3-4 tbsp. Make up the broth, cream and pepper, boil 10-15 minutes. Passaged be.
