Ingredients
1 kg spinach
1 cup Rice
2 onions
100 ml sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
1 egg
1 tomato
1 tsp red pepper
salt

Method
Clean the spinach from the stems and wash it. Slice the onion and stew, then add the spinach and continue to stew about 10 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes, the washed and cleaned rice, paprika, add 3 cups water and let the dish simmer for about 30 minutes. Once cooked rice in a separate bowl mix the egg with the milk and thicken. Allow to boil and pulling it from the heat.
