Sponge cake with carrot, ginger and honey

Ingredients
1 egg
200 g honey
100 g yogurt
1/2 tsp soda
100 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 carrot
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
280 g flour
Sponge cake with carrot, ginger and honey

Method
Egg mix with honey. Add the yogurt, mixed with soda, the oil, lemon juice, ginger and grated carrot. The flour mix with the salt and added to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour in shape with a diameter of 22 cm, greased and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a preheated oven 180C degrees.
