Sponge cake with custard

Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 and 1/2 cup yogurt
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
3 cups flour
5 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp cocoa
10 g baking powder
2 vanilla
# For the cream:
2 yolks
5 tbsp butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Method
Whip with sugar snow. Add the oil and yoghurt. Flour, cocoa and baking powder sifted and carefully added to the egg white mixture. Pour into the pan diameter 24 cm. Bake at 180 C for 40 minutes. Yolks, the butter and powdered sugar to cream and slightly warm fire to melt the sugar. Cool cake smeared with this cream and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
