Ingredients
500 g pork chops (leg)
500 g mushrooms
200 ml cream
1 tbsp flour
curry
pepper
salt
# For the marinade:
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp mayonnaise
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup Sprite or soda
Method
Pork meat is cut into steaks and hammered. Crushed chops sprinkled with curry, black pepper and salt. Of mayonnaise, mustard, wine and sprite prepare marinade. In a suitable vessel rank steaks, as are flooded with marinade. Marinated steak let stand several hours or the next day. In a pan with a little sunflower oil sealed steaks lightly on both sides and are arranged in a glass pot. In the remaining fat from steak sauté the sliced mushrooms (you can add a little salt). When the mushrooms change color, add the cream and mix well. Once the mixture boil, add 1 tbsp flour mixed into 1/2 cup water. Again, stir and pour the steaks. Semi-dish stew in the oven until ready 250 C. Garnish with optional fried or steamed potatoes.
