Ingredients
1 chicken
70-80 g of ham or smoked breasts
300 g mushrooms
3 peppers
1 onion
5-6 tomatoes
1-2 garlic cloves
2/3 pm .ch. flour
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup sunflower oil or a mixture of 3 tbsp sunflower oil and 2 tbsp butter
paprika, black pepper, salt
parsley
Method
Chicken cut into portions, which are seasoned with salt and pepper, rolled in flour and fry on both countries. Remove and consistently in fat sauté chopped onions, sliced mushrooms, ham cut into strips. Pour the wine, returned to the meat, put the peeled and chopped tomatoes and chopped peppers, add salt and pour the mixture into stew. Stew on low heat for about 1 hour. When the dish is ready sprinkle with chopped parsley.
