Stewed pork liver in gardening

Ingredients
500 g pork liver
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sunflower oil
2 onions
2 carrots
1 tsp paprika
1 cup tomato juice
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley
salt

Method
The liver is cleaned, cut into chunks, add some flour and fry in the oil. Then subtract and consistently in fat fry onions and carrots. Sprinkle red pepper, pour 2/3 cup hot water, add salt to taste and boil until boil. Then returns roasted liver, pour tomato juice and boiled for half an hour. Serve sprinkled with pepper and chopped parsley.

Try and so! Mix the flour with a little bread crumbs or cornmeal. When liver fry pieces put them in Stewing-dishes with a lid. Top put a piece of butter and mix. When suffocate and onion is ready, add a tablespoon of mustard, stir and pour the liver. So the liver becomes very tasty and juicy.

choked onions, carrots and celery. I substituted red pepper and home. juice with tomato paste. Liver added just wallowed in flour, fry without advance. The dish is easy and delicious.
