Strawberry tiramisu

Ingredients
24 biscotti
# For the cream:
330 g feta cheese Mascarpone
3 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp orange liqueur (or other aromatic Curacao liqueur)
360 ml cooking cream (35%)
# For puree:
400 g strawberries
2 tbsp orange liqueur (or other aromatic Curacao liqueur)
50 g sugar
60 ml orange juice
# To decorate:
cocoa powder, chocolate, strawberries
Method
Preparation of the cream: In a small bowl mix the feta cheese mascarpone, icing sugar and 1 tbsp orange liqueur. To this mixture is added smashed with a mixer cream. Preparation of purée strawberries puree in blender or blender with orange liqueur, sugar and orange juice. Puree is transferred into the bowl. Preparation of tiramisu: Half biscuits soaked in strawberry puree and rank at the bottom of the form. Pour 120 ml puree and half cream cream. The same was repeated with the other biscuit paste and cream, to give a second layer. The top layer is leveled with a spatula. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator for 8-12 hours to be soaked biscuits and tighten. Before serving sprinkle with cocoa and / or grated chocolate, decorate with strawberry fan.

interesting ... Instead mascarpone / very pricey, at least for me / can put cottage cheese.
