Stuffed apples

Ingredients
4 large apples
80 g sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp (20 g) powdered sugar
Method
Remove the seeds and part of the core of the washed apples. Fruits sprinkle lightly with sugar, pour a little water and bake until poluomekvane. Boil the sugar with 1 cup (200 ml) of water, removed from heat, cooled slightly and added to the egg yolks. Open apples are filled with the prepared stuffing and baking continues until the filling is povtvardi. Shattered solid whites put on apples, sprinkle with sugar and bake until browned in low oven.
