Stuffed cabbage in Kastelanski

Ingredients
1 small cabbage
120 g roast pork
150 g salo
3 red or green peppers
12 olives
10 g of dried mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
meat broth or sauce roast meat
marjoram
mint
bay leaf
pepper
salt

Method
Meat 60 g salo, 1 cleaned peppers, olives and garlic cut into small pieces, add spices, salt, egg and mix well. The dried mushroom was showered with warm water and soaked for 10 minutes. Cabbage is placed in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Remove to cool, dissolve the individual leaves and filled with the prepared stuffing. Formed again cabbage, tied with white thread and placed in a deep saucepan. About cabbage put julienne of peppers and dried mushrooms, add the rest salo cut into three pieces, pour a little broth or sauce of roasted meat, cover with parchment paper and a lid and bake in a low oven. Towards the middle of baking can be added piece of smoked meat or a new piece of salo. Cabbage is served with toasted bread. Instead of pork, can be used and other meat.
