300 g milk mayonnaise
60 g butter
150 g cheese
pepper, salt

Method
Five eggs are boiled and cut lengthwise. Their yolks, along with 2 tbsp mayonnaise 20 g butter and 1 raw egg yolk Strain. Seasoned with salt and parsley. With the thus obtained mixture are filled cooked egg whites. Remaining mayonnaise, to which are added: 1 raw egg yolk and pepper, spread on the bottom of the glass pot with a diameter of 25 cm. On her rank stuffed eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a hot oven until cheese becomes golden. Serve on a side of steamed peas in the remaining butter.
