Stuffed leg of lamb

Ingredients
1 leg of lamb
300 g mushrooms
200 g smoked bacon
2 bunches green onions
black pepper, red pepper, salt
sunflower oil

Method
Boned leg of lamb is very carefully so that the meat be large. Mushrooms washed and cut into small cubes. Bacon and onions also are finely chopped. Then in a pan pour a little sunflower oil, fry the onions, then add the mushrooms and bacon which must also be braised. Before you remove the mixture from the heat, add the salt and pepper. Spread the meat with salt, pepper and a little red pepper on one side where you put the stuffing. The filling is poured in between the meat and then the meat is sewn so that it does not go anywhere stuffing. Put it in a baking pan and spread with a little sunflower oil, salt, red and black pepper. Cover the tray with foil and bake at 150 C for about 2 hours. Having become a finished meat is removed fthe oil and allowed to seal the top bit.
