Ingredients
4 green peppers bell peppers
300 g bulgur
250 g ham
150 g tomatoes (from a jar)
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 onions
basil, salt
# TOPPING:
200 g yogurt
2 cloves garlic
2 sprigs of dill
Method
Bell halve, cleaned of seeds and place in a greased baking pan. The bulgur boil in salted water and drain. Ham cut into cubes, tomato strips and onion very finely. Vegetables and ham were mixed. To these are added the cooked bulgur and mix well. Halve peppers are filled with the mixture and baked for 3-4 minutes at 200 C. Dill and garlic finely and mix with yogurt. When serving pods are covered with milk and decorate with basil leaves.
