Stuffed peppers with chicken liver

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
7-8 large peppers
1/3 cup Rice
2 onion
3-4 tomatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
200 g butter
salt
pepper
Method
Livers are cleaned and washed. Smothered in the butter and finely. Add chopped onion, rice, 1 chopped and peeled tomato, the particulate parsley, pepper, salt and 1 cup water. The peppers are cleaned and filled with the prepared stuffing. Open to cloud the peppers with tomato slices, arranged in a buttered baking dish, pour water and bake.
