Ingredients
10 peppers
3 eggs
300 g feta cheese
3-4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 and 1/2 tsp vegetable seasoning
sunflower oil
savory red pepper
Method
The peppers are cleaned from the stems and seeds and blanched few minutes in boiling salted water. Mix eggs with crumbled feta cheese, breadcrumbs, vegetable seasoning, savory, paprika and 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil. Wait 2-3 minutes the mixture to harden * * of breadcrumbs and then stuffed peppers (do not overfill). Lining up in the pan, sprinkle with sunflower oil and bake in preheated oven 30-40 minutes.

DaniD, really fast, I hope you like and taste. My husband prefers the peppers are not overcrowded, to feel more taste of pepper. With breadcrumbs filling becomes more porous and not so concise. I love to do and winter with peppers from the freezer, reminiscent of summer. Use them as a garnish for diversity ...
I add the crumbs of stale bread. Thus, the filler is not salty.
