Stuffed trout with carrots

Ingredients
1 trout about 300 g
salt
pepper
lemon juice
1 carrot
2 sprigs parsley
Method
Trout wash, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and sprinkled with lemon juice. Peel the carrot and cut into small pieces. Mix with chopped parsley and put inside the fish. Trout are placed in a paper bag and opening tied. Spiking the top two places. Put it on the BBQ, as bottom-placed grease tray. Held 8 minutes at 600 Deut. Remove from the bag and served with baguette.
