Summer baked with peppers, tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients
15-20 roasted and peeled peppers
300-400 g crushed tomatoes
1-2 carrots
300 g feta cheese
pinch of pepper, salt
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar
4-5 tbsp flour
1 tbsp paprika with peak
parsley, celery
fat
# TOPPING:
4-5 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
# or:
100 g of crumbled feta cheese
50 g grated cheese

Method
For tomato sauce in the pan getting hot fat and fry the chopped garlic, flour and paprika. By pozaparzhat put and ground tomatoes and carrots. Add sugar and it is to mitigate the acid from the tomatoes, salt, pepper. As a boil and thickens outta the fire. In a baking dish arrange the peppers on the whole bottom (in pieces). Spot less fat and pour the tomato sauce on top. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes on medium heat. Then sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese or sauce on top and put back slightly browned on top. When done rasim dish with parsley.
