Summer meatballs

Ingredients
200 g minced meat (beef and pork mixture preferably)
100 g of bread - 2 slices, possibly dry and not fresh and soft
50 g breadcrumbs (1 handful)
50 g grated Parmesan cheese ( 1 handful)
spice mixture of minced meat of your choice
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 egg white
salt
sunflower oil for frying (maybe in the fryer)

Method
Soaking the bread in water (maybe a mixture of equal parts of milk and water) for 5 minutes. Poiztsezhdame bread and mix all products without the oil for frying. With wet hands in cold water shape the meatballs and fry easier and faster in fryer. * Meatballs are high because not only meat but napolovinahlyab and are lighter.
