1 cup milled rice
3 cups chicken broth
2 bell peppers (1 green and 1 yellow)
seasoning - salt, olive oil or sunflower oil, lemon juice or vinegar
herbs of your choice - purslane, parsley, basil
sprinkling of nuts - sunflower seeds, walnuts or other

Rice is boiled in chicken broth (can be made with chicken bouillon cube). Leave covered to absorb all the liquid and cool. Tomatoes are peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into cubes. Chop into crescents, peppers in small pieces. Mix with chopped olives and salting. Was added to the rice. Salad flavor, sprinkle with green spices and optional nuts. * Salad can be made and in another embodiment - first to smother the onions in olive oil and then add the rice and broth.
