Tartar buns

Ingredients
1 kg dough
500 g minced meat
1 onion
savory
sunflower oil
Tartar buns

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with grated onion and slightly savory. The dough is shaped balls, spread on an oiled surface and the top is allocated less than filling. The buns are closed and fry.
