Ingredients
          500 g pork
          sunflower oil
          1 tbsp paprika
          1 kg potatoes
          1/2 cup white wine
          salt, pepper
          bay leaf
          1 cup tomato juice (puree)
          3-4 cloves garlic

          Method
              The pork is cut into small pieces and fry in a little sunflower oil. Sliced in large pieces onions are added and stew. Add the potatoes and cut into large cubes and red pepper. Pour water was added and the white wine. Once the potatoes are soft add to taste black pepper, salt and bay leaf, tomato puree and garlic. Leave on low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
