Temptation of Janson

Ingredients
200-300 g anchovy fillets
6-8 large potatoes
2 onions
30 g butter
pinch of pepper
1 tsp (5 g) salt
150 ml cream
2- 3 tbsp bread crumbs
Method
Heat the oven to 250 C. The pan is coated with butter. Potatoes are cut into thin slices and arrange on the bottom.
