Tomatoes stuffed with spinach

Ingredients
10-12 hard tomatoes
600 g spinach
150 g feta cheese
2 eggs
60-70 g butter
salt, pepper
# For topping:
1 egg
4 / 5 cups milk
cheese 50 g
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
Tomato carving inside, salting and turning to drain. Spinach stew in 2 tbsp butter without water. Cool slightly and added to it the feta cheese and beaten eggs. Tomatoes are filled with spinach stuffing and arrange in a greased with butter tray. On each tomato put a little piece of butter. Baked in the oven for about 20 minutes, pour with pour the egg and milk and again put in the oven to seal. After taking them to scatter with grated cheese, pepper and chopped parsley.
