Trout with butter and capers

Ingredients
4 thick fillets of trout
100 g butter
the juice of one lemon
handful of chopped parsley
2 tbsp capers, rinsed
Method
Heat the oven to 200 C. The fish is washed and dry. Put it in a baking pan, seasoned with salt and places Spread 1/3 of the butter. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Shortly before the fish is ready, smeared with butter to the pan and allow it to become brown, remove from heat, add lemon juice, parsley and capers. With the resulting sauce pour the fish and served with scalded fresh green beans.

Very tasty! I put and diced pickled lemon zest instead Lim. a few tablespoons of juice marinade them. Becomes very tasty. We love trout.
