300 g mushrooms
3 scallions
1/2 onion
7-8 cloves garlic
salt, pepper and basil

100 ml white wine

Method
Cleaned trout are salting and rolled in spices. Garlic and onions are cut into not too finely and sauté in oil. Add the mushrooms, cut into slices or who you want, and add salt. When water evaporates, which have placed the mushrooms pour wine and make it evaporate and remove from fire. Aluminum foil - for every single piece of fish, smeared with grease (preferably olive oil), place the trout and fill with stuffing of mushrooms. Top rank lemon slices, add salt to taste, pour with fat. Twist packets and baked in the pan in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes.
