Ingredients
4 trout fish
1 onion
100 g mushrooms mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
50 g walnuts
salt, pepper
thyme
8 vine leaves
50 g butter
200 g bacon
Method
Vine leaves are blanched for a few minutes in lightly salted water. Clean fish. In the butter sauté the chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms, walnuts, thyme and spices. Fill the fish with finished stuffing. Turn helically each fish with bacon. Wrap in vine leaves, and then all the fish together in aluminum foil. Place in a preheated 120 C oven and bake for about 20-30 minutes.
