Of turkey breast in puff pastry

Ingredients
6 pieces of white meat of turkey, 125 g each
150 g frozen spinach
1 small bunch of herbs (dill, basil, parsley, sage)
250 g cream
1 tbsp (10 ml) dry vermouth
400 g frozen puff (puff) pastry
pepper, salt
Method
Two pieces of white meat is cut into small cubes, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Spinach is placed in a pot, pour a little water, cover with lid and stew gently over low heat, then pour in a strainer and let drain well. Cut the onion with fresh green herbs. Add the chopped meat and cream. Grinding the mixture with a mixer and taste with vermouth. The dough was thawed and cut into 4 equal parts. On each of them put on one piece white meat smeared with spinach sauce and rolled up or bends as a package. Received banitsi bake 20 minutes at 175 C. Serve warm.
