Ingredients
250 g flour spelled
50 g of oat bran
50 g of wheat bran
100 g cornmeal
50 g of buckwheat flour
2 tbsp samardala
optional colored salt, cumin and fenugreek
5 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
All was stirred with water to give a thick slurry. Buns are formed with a thickness of about 1-2 cm. Put on a tray covered with baking paper. Bake at 250C until the turn pink. are consumed cold. It is good to eat 24 after making their way become very hard. The remaining quantity may be frozen or stored in a cotton cloth as before consumption put steam or microwave to soften.

Very interesting recipe :) Lily, but if it would work, if you put one and baking powder?
I've done them with baking soda dissolved in 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt I'm not sure that would be a good bzhakpulvera warrant
Asking for baking powder, baking soda and because it blow out, still has breath. Because I currently available all products will try these days and will report the result :) Thank you.
