Ingredients
1 kg of flour
500 g pork or chicken
5 cloves garlic
1-2 leeks onion
1 onion
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 egg
1 cube of yeast
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 pinch savory
1 pinch thyme
Method
For the meat, cut into chunks and put in a bowl with the chopped garlic, 1 tbsp salt, ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 pinch of thyme, 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil, stir and stand until the dough, maybe a few hours earlier. For the dough: white of an egg is placed in a bowl with the yeast dissolved in water with sugar and flour, 1-2 cups water, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 tsp sugar. Kneads dough. Turns to rise slightly. For the filling: 2 tbsp sunflower oil in pan, add finely chopped leeks and onions and meat is browning. Add savory. dough is divided into two balls and roll it with a rolling pin circles approximately the size of the tray. The smooth pan with sunflower oil and put one wordy sheet can cover part of the walls. Pour the filling and place the other half on top, pierced with a knife, dab with yolk and bake at 200-220 C in preheated oven about 30 minutes. Optional top sprinkle with caraway seeds or sesame.
