Veal medallions with bacon

Ingredients
800 g beef (fillet)
80 g salo
40 g flour
120 g bacon
80 g butter
salt
pepper
Method
The meat is cleaned of veins. Cut into round pieces. Shpikovat to cross thin slices of salo. Add salt with salt and pepper, rolled in flour and fry. Apart stew bacon. Serve warm, splashed with hot butter garnished with boiled potatoes, splashed with butter.
