Ingredients
1 kg lean veal
100 g butter
100 g cream
250 ml white wine
2 onions
1 tsp red pepper
pepper
salt
Method
Cut the meat into large pieces and together with the finely chopped onion fry in the butter. Then add red and black pepper, wine and 1/2 cup water, allow to simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Finally added and cream.
