Ingredients
          # For the base:
          7 tbsp sugar
          6 tbsp sunflower oil
          1 and 1/2 cup orange juice
          1 and 1/2 cup flour
          10 g baking powder
          vanilla, zest of orange
          # chocolate syrup:
          150 g of dark chocolate
          100 g sugar
          2 tbsp margarine
          1 tbsp cocoa
          120 ml water

          Method
              All products for the base is broken, to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a lightly floured baking dish (26 cm diameter) and bake at 190C 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into squares.   All products syrup was placed in a pot on the stove. Stir constantly until complete melting of the products. In the hot syrup is poured up the cold base and leave for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Sprinkle with coconut optional.     * 1 cup = 250 ml
