Vegetable soup with feta cheese Gruyere

Ingredients
1 stalk leek (white part)
1 carrot
1 small potato
piece of celery
1 onion
50 g butter
2 tbsp olive oil
2 pinches of dried cumin
2 tbsp flour
700 ml vegetable or chicken broth
300 ml milk
1 small head of broccoli
parsley
140 g feta cheese Gruyere
Method
Leeks are washed and cut. Carrots and potatoes are peeled and cut into cubes. Celery cut into thin sticks. Chop finely. All vegetables (except broccoli) fried with cumin for about 10 minutes until tender. Add the flour and fry until thickening. Slowly pour the broth. Allow to boil, stirring until thickening. Then add the milk. Season and boil on medium heat about 10 minutes. Add broccoli and boil until tender. Before you remove from heat and add part of the parsley. In presenting sprinkle with grated feta cheese and parsley.
