Vegetarian hazelnut cake

Ingredients
450 g roasted peppers
1 red onion
oil
1 zucchini
1 clove garlic
salt, pepper
2 tsp mixed spice of your choice
50 g unsalted nuts
3 eggs
125 g flour
250 ml milk
125 g goat cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 175 C. Cut the onion and peppers - strips. Pre-crushed garlic. Fry the roasted peppers, red onion, zucchini and garlic in a little olive oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, mixed spices and add the hazelnuts. Beat the egg foam and add the flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk until a smooth dough liquid. Pour a layer of dough in oiled baking dish and place in oven. Remove after 10 minutes with a spoon and spread the mixture of vegetables and crushed nuts on a in large pieces basis, crush goat feta cheese on top and cover with the remaining dough. Put back in the oven for another 40 minutes until golden brown and ready to serve. Serve the cake pieces.
