Ingredients
4-5 potatoes
carrots 2
1 zucchini
1 large onion
2 sprigs fresh green onions
2 red peppers
1 cube vegetable broth
savory, garlic powder, oregano, salt
3-4 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
# TOPPING:
300 g yogurt
pepper

Method
Clean, wash and dice all the vegetables. Put in a baking dish with about 24h24 cm size potatoes, carrots, sliced onion, bouillon dissolved in half a glass of warm water, olive oil and spices. Bake in the oven at 200C degrees for 30 minutes, then add chopped zucchini and onion, mix everything and continue baking for another 20 minutes. While bake - beat products topping in a bowl with a fork. Add topping on vegetables ready and continue baking another 10-15 minutes for the last five minutes turn the oven only top wire or fan to catch a tan rind of topping. Decorate moussaka plate with a piece of parsley. * The products are for 4 servings.
