Ingredients
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
100 g yogurt
1-2 cloves garlic
1 cup feta cheese
parsley, dill
salt and pepper
lettuce leaves
Method
The feta cheese, and yogurt the walnuts Strain until a homogeneous mixture. Add crushed garlic and spices. All is well mixed and the mixture is shaped balls. Arranged in a vessel with cloud the lid and leave to cool for about 3 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves.
