Ingredients
300 g couscous
500 g zucchini
1 onion
1 head of garlic
pepper
chilli
dill
parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 / 4 cups (50 ml) sunflower oil

Method
Fry the onion in the oil, add the diced zucchini that fry lightly, add the crushed garlic, black and red pepper. Cous put up slightly cooked in boiling water, drain and add to the onions and courgettes. The dish is cooked on low heat until the fat remains. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill and parsley, seasoned with lemon juice.
