1001 Arabian chicken night

1 chicken
1 cup Basmati rice
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 small onion
1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
about 4 cups chicken broth
olive oil (sunflower oil)
salt and pepper

Chicken clean, wash and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Finely chopped onion fry lightly in olive oil (sunflower oil). Add the washed rice, salt it with salt and pepper, stir and pour 2 cups broth. Once the broth boil off add the washed raisins, pine nuts, lemon zest and chopped parsley. To this mixture is filled chicken sutured and coated with butter. In a pan put the chicken and put it around the remaining rice mixture. Pour the rest of the broth, cover with foil and bake in preheated oven until ready. Fthe oil is removed, the chicken is coated with honey and bake for seconds until golden brown, taking care not to burn.

is very tasty, I prepare small differences-do it with cashews and I make pasta with chicken spice, turmeric, soy sauce and a little oil, which paint the chicken, it's done it again daub with honey stirred with a little lemon juice!
