1 kg potatoes
250 ml tomato paste
basil, tarragon, garlic powder, seasoning potatoes of your choice, salt

Peel the potatoes and boil until almost. Tomato paste is blurred with a little water and stir with all spices. Put the potatoes in a baking dish, pour tomato sauce and bake until ready to fully take on puree and served only potatoes. Shortly before it is ready to bake only upper heating element, to obtain a slightly crispy crust. Served both hot and cold.
