Appetizer with spinach, potatoes and eggs

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
120 g spinach
100 g butter
100 ml cooking cream
250 g cottage cheese
100 g feta cheese Parmesan
200 g feta cheese of your choice
6 eggs
salt, pepper
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and Strain. Mix with cream, 70 g of the butter and 70 g of Parmesan. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Spinach infused, strain and cut. Fry in butter rest for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the cottage cheese and 200 g of potato mixture. Mix well. In an oiled pan put first spinach mixture on top ranks the feta cheese, cut into thin slices and ends with potato mixture. And smoothed with a larger spoon shaped wells eggs. Sprinkle with a little pepper, salt and remaining amount of parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 170 C oven.
