Apple cake with raspberries

Ingredients
1 apple
100 g butter
150 g sugar
1 egg
280 g flour
130 ml milk
200 g raspberries
# For topping:
50 g butter
80 g flour
100 g sugar
rind of one lemon
Method
In tray size 20x30 cm put baking paper. Apple peeled and cut into small cubes. Place in a small tiganche, add 3 tbsp water and boil for about 3 minutes to soften. For the topping - in a bowl the butter mixed with sugar, flour and lemon rind to make crumbs. For the main dough - in a bowl beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, gradually put egg and mix well. Insert the milk and flour and dorazmesva. Distributed into the pan and smoothing with a spoon. Put them raspberries and apples and then covered with a topping. Bake at 180C for 45 minutes until golden. Consumed chilled.
