          Method
Whip snow with a pinch of salt. The cottage cheese and sugar mix. Add egg yolks, one by one, after each is well mixed using a mixer to uniformly absorb the mixture. Add olive oil and also crashed. Add raisins and egg white mixture and gently stir with a spatula. form a pull-down bed or a suitable tray with a diameter of 24-26 cm is coated with butter (the bottom part of the wall) and sprinkle with half of the bread crumbs - 2 tbsp mold is shaken in order to be able to uniformly cover the breadcrumbs buttered part. Place peeled and grated (or cut into small cubes) apples, sprinkle with cinnamon. I added a few walnuts. Cover with the cottage cheese mixture and leveled. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs (2 tbsp) and divided into small pieces remaining butter. Here sprinkled with some walnuts. Bake in preheated oven at 150C degrees until golden (I'm of gas and had to increase after the 40th minute of 180C degrees). So that everyone can bake according to your oven. baked cake cool on a wire rack. In the presentation can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. * orange peel can be candied, jam or the like.
