Apple sponge cake machine bread with caramel sauce

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 cup sunflower oil
2/3 cup cut into small pieces peeled apple
1 tsp liquid vanilla
1 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 tsp soda bread
about 1/4 cup raisins optional
# caramel sauce:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup cream

Method
Everything is put in the basket of the machine and choose the program for cake (2:00). The walnuts and raisins can be added after the signal for addition of nuts, but I put everything in the beginning. caramel sauce, caramelized the sugar, add the butter and cream and stir until it boils and becomes a homogeneous mixture. Allow to cool and thicken and pour warm (not hot) cake. Topping is done immediately after put the cake in the machine for those two hours, it cools and thickens. This dose is for bread machine whose basket is vertical. A larger dose can not be baked in such a machine. If your machine is a bread basket with a horizontal (as oblong cake form, but slightly higher), do a double dose.
