750 ml milk
250 g butter
200 ml sunflower oil
30 g yeast
3 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 egg
flour as necessary

Involved medium soft dough with milk, the oil, sugar, salt and yeast for bread. Of dough make two balls, each roll of sheet 1 cm thick. With half of cow butter smeared one side, the other half - the other half of the dough. Wound on rolls, covered with foil and leave in the refrigerator for about 6-7 hours. Then, each roll was cut into 4 parts, of which 4 are made balls. Each ball is rolled and cut into 8 pieces. Formed into rolls may optional to put them in feta cheese, salami or something else of your choice. Arrange oiled pan, coated with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200 C in a preheated oven.
