Asian salad with nuts

Ingredients
300 g red cabbage
400 g Chinese cabbage
2 carrots
50 g peanuts
1 clove garlic
1 tsp honey or sugar
6 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 / 2 tsp salt, ginger and sesame sunflower oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
Method
Red cabbage and carrot grated, Chinese cabbage cut into thin strips. Place in a bowl and mix. Peanuts are roasted in a dry pan. Then passaged with garlic, sugar, the oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, brown sugar and ginger. The mixture was poured onto the vegetables. Allow to cool completely and serve as sprinkle with sesame sunflower oil.
