Austrian pudding Vinatzer

Ingredients
200 g cottage cheese
8 tbsp sugar
3 eggs
1 lemon
butter
Method
The cottage cheese is mixed with 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 egg yolks until homogenization. The mixture was charged three egg white broken down into snow with 3 tablespoons of sugar (but not vigorously to keep air mixture) and grated rind of one lemon. Shapes custard is smeared with fat (butter or margarine) and rolled in granulated sugar goals. The mixture was partitioned therein but does not exceed 3/4 of their volume. Previously put a bowl of water in the oven at 170 C. pudding baked in a water bath to pinking (also 170 C). Allow to cool off in the oven, then pour into bowls and garnish optional (toppings or fruit). Set of products go 4-5 shapes. dessert is made by the owner of MTEL for Bulgaria of its adoption, which is why I put his name.
