Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) strong coffee
3 cinnamon sticks
sugar
100 g cream or cream
ice cubes
Method
Cinnamon sticks, are flooded with hot coffee. After 1 hour, remove the cinnamon and coffee sweetened to taste. Add cream and the mixture was shaken well and cooled. Serve in large glasses with ice cubes.
