Balls of minced meat with vegetables

Ingredients
3 slices of toast
1 onion
375 g minced meat
1 egg
3 tbsp chopped parsley
salt
pepper
2 tbsp sunflower oil
400 g leek
750 g cooked potatoes
50 g butter
1 tbsp flour
500 ml broth
200 ml cream
1 egg yolk
Method
The bread is placed in water to soften. Peel onions and cut into small pieces. Stir the mixture with the minced meat, onion, egg, 2 tbsp parsley and squeezed bread, seasoned with salt and pepper and form balls. Fry in a pan with a little sunflower oil for about 10 minutes. Leeks are cleaned, cut into slices and fry in a little butter. Add flour, broth and cream, and the mixture was allowed to boil. Stir the yolk with a little water and add to poizstinaliya sauce. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Add potatoes and balls of minced meat, and the mixture was heated. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
