Banitsa 9 sheets

Ingredients
500 g to 1 kg of flour
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
300 ml bottle of soda water
1 cube of yeast (1 packet)
# For the filling:
400 g feta cheese
4- 5 eggs
# For sprinkling:
75 g butter
# For greased Corey:
sunflower oil or lard
Method
Involved dough and is divided into 9 balls. Each ball rolled to the size of the tray, which will bake the banitsa and dabbed with hot oil - sunflower oil or lard. All sheets are lining up on one another between them is brushed with grease. The resulting thick crust rolled and sprinkled with a mixture of the feta cheese and eggs, then roll and wrap the ends of the roll is wrapped one left and one right. In an oiled tray wrapped the banitsa snail. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise until it fills the tray. Bake at 180 C and then is baked, pour fried butter.
