Potatoes, carrots and onions are peeled and cut into cubes, pepper too. Vegetables, without tomatoes, boil 15 minutes. Add the vegetable and spice balls of minced meat (seasoned optional). Boil until the float balls and add the grated tomato. After 10 minutes, add vermicelli. Serve with sour cream and a sprig of dill.
